Our new project on the quiet, sunny side of Kvarnholmen is for people who won’t settle for just a glimpse of the sea or living a short distance away from the shoreline. This building is actually on the water, built on stilts in Svindersviken. On the generously sized balconies that run along the entire building you can enjoy your breakfast with the waves lapping below your feet.
Knowing that the view is rather extraordinary, the architects have created 22 inviting apartments that offer a view of the water from almost every part of every room. The clean, elegant lines and the large glass panels create a sense of the building floating on the surface . The apartments are decorated throughout in timeless, sustainable materials in light and warm colours. And, as with everything Patriam builds, we create homes to live in and enjoy for a long time.
The location on the charming Kvarnholmen is synonymous with boating, relaxation and a small-town sensibility. Here you can follow the shifting seasons and enjoy being close to the archipelago, yet the city is just a bike ride away and the SL commuter ferry to Nybrokajen runs every 10 minutes.
