Designed by Hermansson Hiller Lundberg Architects, the result is a building rich in thoughtful details and carefully selected materials that harmonize with this unique location. The square windows contrast with the building’s rounded corners, stretching from floor to ceiling and allowing the light of Lake Mälaren to pour into the exclusive interiors. The curved balconies, framed with wrought iron railings, offer sweeping views of Fredhäll, Alvik, and Stora Essingen, while the white façade reflects the coveted play of sunlight.
