Patriam Ljusablick A completely new district is emerging on an island right in the heart of the city. Upon entering the new area, you are greeted by a majestic building in light-pigmented concrete. Here, by the open and green square with an unobstructed view of the water, Patriam, together with Hermansson Hiller Lundberg Architects, has created an elegant and timeless living space where light is always the focal point. A beautiful home to behold, live in, and look out from. We call it Ljusablick.
It is a truly unique building, featuring intricate details and carefully selected materials that harmonize with its exceptional location. The square windows contrast against the rounded corners, extending from floor to ceiling and flooding the exclusive interiors with the light of Lake Mälaren. The curved balconies with wrought-iron railings offer views over Fredhäll, Alvik, and Stora Essingen, while the white façade reflects the coveted sunbeams.
